OtonoKJ is a collaboration of Otonoha Moe and KayJae - two aspiring artists who have come together to bring their vision and aestheticism to the world. With you joining us on our journey, we hope to help bring your own visions to life, via thorough sharing of ideas, building a connection with you and your story and ensuring that it all blooms upon the canvas.Currently our activities are mostly separated as independent artists. Amount to be paid upfront upon agreement of commission undertaking.
This payment is for the service of commissioning a piece of artwork, which will be delivered in a digital format as a completed image file (e.g. JPG/PNG).-Terms and Conditions-ARTWORK
- The artist reserves full rights to the ownership, distribution and use of the artwork.
- The artist reserves the right to display the artwork on any of their websites or portfolios.
- The commissioner may not use the artwork for any commercial or profit purposes (unless otherwise specified).
- The commissioner may upload artwork created specifically for them to their online gallery or collection provided appropriate accreditation and link to the artist's profile is provided.REFUNDS
- The artist reserves the right to cancel the commission and refund at any time, with notification to the commissioner, should the need arise. Refund processing fees are to be paid by the artist.
- Should the commissioner wish to cancel the commission, the refunded amount will be determined by the amount of work completed. They will receive what has been completed up to that point. Refund processing fees are to be paid by the commissioner.COMMISSION
- Please do not request something to be drawn in the style of another artist, or something that is clearly not in the artist's repertoire/style - ensure you are certain you'd like to commission work from the artist by browsing their portfolio.- Upon agreement of commission undertaking, agreed amount to be paid via Wise (PayPal as alternative).
- Once work has been progressed from the sketching/planning stage to rendering, significant changes will not be allowed (e.g. changing outfits, face, hair, posing), small changes will be limited to 2 revisions (e.g. adding/removing an accessory, changing eyebrow/mouth expression, colour change) with any further changes at the discretion of the artist and may incur additional fees. Please refrain from making any technical revision requests (e.g. changing shape of face, eyes, specific anatomy) - as these are preferably left to the inherent style of the artist.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
- Commissions for any works that will be used commercially by the commissioner (e.g. used on merch, selling as goods) will incur an additional fee equivalent to the total cost of the original commission (+100%), or unless otherwise specified by the artist. (VTuber Model Illustrations will already have this included in the original commission price).
